We first got the idea for Information Generator™ when many years ago we saw our client office managers printing out stacks of reports that in many cases were several feet high, then hiring couriers to shuttle them to all their care centers so that the care center vice presidents could, purportedly, peruse them. I knew there was zero chance that the doctors were doing anything other than looking at them with a sinking feeling of having had their bluffs called.
